We work with rights holders and content networks to bring licensed television drama and short-form series to international audiences — recutting the material, translating and dubbing it with native-speaking linguists, then running the channels it goes out on.

What we do

Rights holders bring us licensed series. We take them from source material to a scheduled release in every market they hold rights for.

Editing and post

Our editors recut licensed television drama and short-form series into formats built for how international audiences watch on YouTube — pacing, structure and hooks rebuilt for the platform rather than carried over from the original broadcast.

Translation and dubbing

Native-speaking translators handle every language. Dubbed audio and subtitles are produced and checked by people, because idiom, humour and tone are where machine translation still gives itself away.

Channel operations

We run the channels our partners own: scheduling, titles and descriptions per market, thumbnails, subtitle tracks and audio tracks — handled end to end by our operations team across four offices.

Performance review

We watch how each title, thumbnail and release slot performs by market, and feed that back into the next batch. Decisions come from what the numbers show, not from a house template.

SmileMore Publisher

Our internal publishing tool.

A single release involves one video file, one thumbnail, and a separate subtitle track and title for every language — all of it produced by our editors and translators. Publishing it by hand means an operator repeating the same steps dozens of times per episode.

Publisher attaches those prepared files to the right video through the YouTube Data API instead. It does not write anything; it places what our people have already made.

Publisher is not a public service. There is no public sign-up and no external accounts. It is used only by SmileMore Media employees.

It operates solely on channels where our partners have granted us manager or owner access, and it never touches viewer or end-user data.

How it handles data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
